I'm walking, yes indeed...

Alex began walking a few weeks before his first birthday. He does a pretty good job at walking now, but still uses his hands to balance himself which I find adorable. Running is a whole different story.

Auntie Suzanne got Alex his very own rocking horse for his birthday. Alex likes to rock the horse and make noises.

Alexander in his Winter Coat

Winter is just about over and I realized I did not have a picture of Alexander in his first coat. He was so big when I went shopping for a coat that I had to get him a real coat instead of the puffy kid suit. He looks like a little man in his little winter coat.

Alexander, Brandon and Wayne

Alexander went with us to visit Uncle Raymond and Cousin Brandon. In this picture, Alex is chewing on the spoon, Brandon is wondering why and Wayne is wondering what is taking me so long to take the picture.

Alex's First Haircut

Here are pictures of Alexander before his first haircut. I somehow convinced Wayne to cut his hair a few weeks before his first birthday. As you can see though, his hair was getting a little out of hand.

Here are pictures of Wayne cutting away with the clippers. Alex doesn't look too happy here, but I am sure he is glad to not have mommy combing out the knots in his hair.
